TO ORDER

If you would like to order any of our products on this website please call 01903 531660 Monday to Saturday. Please be aware that sometimes there may be some slight variation in colour or design from the image shown. We have limited stock so please do not hesitate to call us if there is an item that you like. If it is out of stock most items can be back ordered and are usually with us within 5 working days.

 

PAYMENT

At present we can only accept cheques or postal orders for the full amount. In the near future we hope to provide a facility for

on-line payments via Pay Pal.

 

DELIVERY

Items will only be despatched once cheques have cleared.

Postage and packaging will be in addition to the cost of the item/s and total cost is dependant on the weight and size.

We endeavour to despatch jewellery and gifts by Special Delivery Next Day with compensation for loss or damage in transit for goods up to the value of £500. For parcels under 100 grams postage is normally £5.

We can also use Royal Mail First Class & Parcelforce with proof of postage for items other than jewellery.

Please ask for postage costs when ordering.

 

RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to refund the full price (less any postage costs) within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the original packaging. We regret we cannot exchange or give a refund for earrings unless they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you wish to return any item please email or call us in the first instant with your full details and your reason for wishing to return the item.

A full refund including postage costs incurred on return will only be made when the item is found to be faulty.

 

PRIVACY

Under the terms of the Data Protection Act your details will not be released to any other organisation or person without your prior consent. Therefore you are assured that any information you provide will only be used by us in the normal course of business and will not be passed to any third party.
